I am good at sniffing out troubles on your Windows Based PC's, as I have been doing this since the days of DOS 6.0. Nonetheless, I am good at walking through various troubleshooting steps in order to get you working and up to date.
I am also pretty decent on iOS and Android configuration, as I use both devices quite a bit.
Give a yell if you need help sniffing out why something is not working. I'll do my best, but we should be able to trace what is causing the error through the software diagnostics given.
