If you are on Kailua-Kona side of Big Island of Hawaii, USA, I can offer you a one-hour Stand Up Paddle board lesson at Keauhou Bay. I can bring a board for you to learn on, if you are under 6 ft tall and weight less than 180 lbs. If you are taller or heavier than that, you can rent a bigger board and I'd still be happy to give you a lesson.
