Training & Qualifications
I am the PT (Physical Trainer) Instructor for my Squadron (Air Force).
Have designed several fitness programs and routines, as well as adapted other ones into a more focused type of fitness, in order to achieve certain fitness goals.
Went to CSU (Cleveland State University) for Physical Fitness Therapy (switched Majors after I decided IT was my passion, but gained a lot of helpful knowledge along the way).
Availability & Preferences
Most weekends and usually after 6:30 pm EST
