Remote connect and help troubleshoot your hardware and software issues. I cannot guarantee the ability to fix your issues, but can help (and will solve what I am able to remotely), define next steps required, with the understanding it may be to take your computer to and or call a local IT person depending on the nature of the issue you are experiencing.
Training & Qualifications
I have been working in software and hardware support for 10 years. I have worked with some of the larger medical software companies directly and have developed a large knowledge of networks, firewall, router, Internet, and Windows based operating system support.
