I have professional experience editing work and writing based on provided concepts. I have a 100 WPM typing speed, can format everything by myself, and respond quickly.
One "unit" would be around 1000 words of writing, or 3000 words of editing (for intelligible work).
Alternatively, I also review resumes and am very familiar with what tech companies want. My clients have gotten internships at Google and CIBC, as well as research positions at major universities.
