I will train you on technologies (ex: VoIP, TCP/IP, etc.), equipment (ex: printers, routers, modems, etc.), and/or software (ex: Word, Excel, PhotoShop, Zendesk, etc.)
Training offered includes but is not limited to general personal computer, smartphone, and tablet set up, how-to and troubleshooting tips; clearly written instructions (with screenshots) on how to complete specific tasks within various software; PDFs and video content developed by me specific to the topic you'd like to learn.
We'd start off with a consultation to confirm the areas you'd like to be trained in and ensure we're a good fit (consultations are free). From there I'd develop a lesson plan to map out how many sessions we'd need or draw up instructions that are specific to you.
Training & Qualifications
I have over 5 years of technical support and training experience. Most of this experience was offered in a heavy customer focused setting. This means you can be sure that my instructions and training will be clear, friendly, and effective.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on most weeknights after 7:30pm EST and most weekends.
