Have most of my own equipment. will do all the work but will not supply the food. will go over the menu and decide on what you want and go from there. Will do all the cooking and cleaning. Capable of baking basic cakes from scratch, as well as display desserts. Capable of designing diets to certain specifications for the exception of certain medical restriction. I am also able to sharpen knifes and teach Culinary basics and some intermediate techniques.

Professional chef 9 years almost 10. working right now on the line at Shigezo in downtown Portland. Currently attending International Culinary School to achieve a Bachelors of science half way through my program.
