Tell me about a movie you really enjoy and if I haven't already seen it, I will watch it. We'll have a one hour skype session where we talk about aspects of the movie you really enjoy, story structure, editing, the actors etc. If you want you can tell me what specific aspect you like before going into the conversation so I can be sure to pay attention!
Training & Qualifications
I just graduated with my film degree and as an editor I'm not only really interested in story structure and filmmaking, but in how other people perceive it as well. I learn so much from geeking out with the people in my social circles about fun movies and I think it'd be fun to geek out with someone I don't know and get a whole other perspective. Some of my favorite movies to talk about are Lord of The Rings (any of them but the two towers is my fave), The Nice Guys, anything Scorcese, Hot Fuzz, What We Do In the Shadows, Razorback, They Came Together, Fargo (the show or the movie), Heathers, anything David Lynch, anything Korean, so as you can see a lot of variety.
