Life Skills Coaching, 30-45 mins

I work as a Life Skills Coach so that seems like the most obvious thing I can offer, particularly virtually. I love coaching and learning it experientially at the best school in the world was utterly transformative so I want to share it with others. You might find coaching helpful if you're: feeling stuck or unsure what to do; if you have patterns or tools that aren't serving you and you're not sure how to get out of them, etc. What it ISN'T: therapy (I don't give advice) or counselling (I don't delve into your past). Coaching IS about finding a more empowered you in your present to move into your future. I truly believe you already have all the answers and I'm just here with a map to help unlock them - to help you figure out what's getting in your way of your happiness.
Other things I can offer: knowledge about how the world works. I have an M.A. in Gender Studies and Feminist Research and my research focused on the intersection of social and ecological injustice, particularly in industrial agriculture and transnational financial capitalism. I didn't just critique, I used case studies to offer solutions. I'm an aspiring permaculturist, a community builder, a parent of twins with allergies (I also have a whackload of knowledge about nutrition, gut health, how to quit sugar, and more)...
