I'm actually quite savvy at talking to customer service agents. When I have the time, I can be as patient as is needed to get the job done.
Sometimes it gets too time consuming, or frustrating to deal with. I'll get it done for you.
Any type of customer service or account management stuff. All I need is a concise goal and the relevant info. Sensitive account info? Call yourself and then add me to the call while you sit calmly with a coloring book.

Years and years of being the right kind of thorn in the side of corporate systems has taught me how to get to the point and accomplish the goal.
I Major in communications and rhetoric, so I have the best words.
