I use a dynamic approach that incorporates pendulum assessment and surrogacy along with reiki energy healing to diagnose the state of each chakra and channel energy to where it is needed most. Depending on the state of the chakras, this could require more than one session, though this tends to be only in cases of extreme imbalance.
I reccomend realignment on a regular basis that truly depends on your lifestyle and individual upkeep.
