Music reading tutoring for beginner

I provide tutoring in the basics of Music reading and/or theory, including subjects such as learning the positions of notes on the musical staff, recognizing rhythms and time signatures, recognizing key signatures, understanding scales, intervals,, and chords, and more. I am open to working with people ranging from teenagers up through elders. All tutoring will begin with an initial consultation to determine your current knowledge of sheet music and/or music theory concepts, as well as identifying your personal needs and goals. Tutoring sessions can be conducted via phone, Skype, hangouts, email correspondence, or any combination of these, tailored to your scheduling needs and preferences. 10 Simvi Will cover a 30 minute session in real time, or one concept for email correspondence. In all cases, sheet music examples will be exchanged in PDF or JPG format, depending on your preference. ,
Training & Qualifications
I am a long time musician with over 25 years of experience and at least 10 years of study in music theory I have worked with musical material ranging from ukulele lead sheets to four-part Koral scores.
Availability & Preferences
Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Sundays from 2 PM to 7:30 PM.
