I'm a geographer by degree, chef by passion and sailor by lifestyle. Working corporate and government for more than two decades, I also owned several restaurants during this time. Leaving all of that behind, I sail the waters with my love and work to provide nutritional meals or ideas to everyone we pass in the waves.
