I currently hold a Culinary Management degree from Niagara Culinary and Wine Institute, and have had the exemplary opportunity to work alongside some the most skilled chefs and cooks in our region both in my educational and professional ventures.
I wish to impart this knowledge, either with specific or broad fundamentals being the focus, your choice. Cake design, knife skills, meat cookery, preservation, jarring, sous-vide, sauce cookery, plating fundamentals, international cuisines, and more.
