Martial Arts and Conciousness
Martial Arts helps to develop a strong and agile body for swift movement, defense (evasion, blocking, counter strikes), powerful punches, kicks, striking methods and felling techniques. Traditional and modern DIY tools will be introduced to help develop strength and martial arts proficiency. When practicing energy work (through Reiki and Qigong principles) we will develop balance, overall health and vitality for self and others.
Beginning with meditation we will be more focused during training and ending with meditation will bring us back into a centered and relaxed state where we can comfortably return to the everyday world.
Ending with myths and legends of Martial Artists helps with promoting motivation, understanding the martial philosophy through storytelling, and keeps training fun.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Sandan (3rd Degree Black Belt) in a Family Style of Karate with a mix of jujutsu, judo, Filipino Stick and Knife Fighting (Escrima), and Internal Boxing Principles.
I am a Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner, I also hold a ThetaHealing DNA Level 1 Practitioners Certificate, Yoga Nidra Theta Brainwave Technique Practitioner Certification, was lucky enough to be hugged by Ammachita (the Hugging Saint) four different times over the years and keep her lessons of Love and Service close to my heart, and attend an eclectic group of modern magicians of both light and dark paths of spirituality, because I believe a balance of light and dark is essential for the complete human.
I am well read in Martial Arts, Body Weight (Calisthenic) Fitness, Alternative Health and Energy Medicine, Magic (Both Right-Hand Path and Left-Hand Path materials) and can suggest titles that will help you on your journey through Martial Arts, Fitness, and Consciousness Exploration.
