I will accompany you on a run ranging up to 6 miles. Preferably in the Watertown/Oakville area, but can negotiate for other areas. Runs will NOT be intense workouts, aiming for distance over speed. I can also provide stretching assistance. I do not have a preference over the amount of experience; I will run with beginners or experienced runners.
I offer this service as a runner who wants to share the love and enjoyment of running; I also offer this as a runner who understands how hard it can be to self-motivate, and I hope that anyone who decides to accept this service will continue to enjoy running, even after I finish helping.
I am NOT a personal trainer, merely a running enthusiast who would like to share my love of running. If you have any serious questions, I urge that you seek out the advice and/or opinion of a professional, such as a doctor, personal trainer, or coach.
Training & Qualifications
I have a little over a years worth of experience with running, including warm up, warm down, dynamic and static stretching, and distance running. I currently run an average of 4 miles, 3 times a week.
Availability & Preferences
I'm free in the morning and early afternoon during the week, with limited afternoon availability on the weekends
