I will design and teach you a fun and functional workout based on your goals and needs. Tell me what it is that you are looking to achieve and I will do everything in my knowledge base to help bring you closer to that goal. A session with me is typically 1-1.5 hours and will include an assessment, warm up, 3-6 exercises, and a cool down stretch. I utilize small portable equipment, like bands, balls and adjustable dumbbells, but expect a lot of bodyweight work. Your body is the most convenient and functional piece of equipment you will ever own! I cant wait to see you move and feel great!
