I will teach you how to play the piano, starting wherever you are and moving you forward along your musical path. I possess a lifetime of experience teaching all levels from beginners to advanced, and all ages. I tailor my lessons to the needs and musical goals of every individual student. I believe that good teaching comes from the desire and ability to listen and communicate well. It is my goal as a teacher to keep the joy of making music alive in the process of learning. One of the ways that can be accomplished is by selecting and suggesting repertoire that the student really wants to play , and by collaborating with the student in the process of learning music and the art of playing the piano.
