Session 1: During the Needs Assessment, I will preview your instructional materials (onboarding or ongoing) and ask you questions about how you want to improve your learners' experiences.

Session 2: During the Solution Dialogue, we will discuss ideas about how to increase learner region specifically tailored to your needs and desired outcomes.

I enjoy challenges of all types. First and foremost, I am a father of three. I have a varied sense of interests, but it all comes back to a few key similarities. Currently, I am in Instructional Design with a Project Management bent.
