Meditation Instruction & Technique
I will teach you meditation that will work for you. I am versed in a multitude of meditation techniques, and as an instructor, I am very much tuned into what will work best for you, not what I think is best to do. I approach each student, solo or in a group setting, with openness, honesty, and willingness. I ask that students try out techniques as I offer them, and once they have been experienced, we can talk about what is best suited for you and work on deepening those skills.
This service can be redeemed for a single person, or a small group of people wishing to learn how to better center and focus themselves.
I teach meditation techniques for stillness practice, which can include energy awareness and movement (healing), but I also like to teach how you can access these places while moving in your daily life.
Training & Qualifications
I have taught class after class, and a good handful of individuals how to meditate, how to build on their experience over time, and support which techniques work best for them. I have been practicing different forms of meditation for a decade, and been teaching going on 4 years. Meditation and self awareness is something I hold in high esteem and I thoroughly enjoy being a facilitator (read: guide, container) in others' journeys of self-awareness.
