Personal Trainer Wanted
Hello, potential whip-my-butt-into-shaper.
I'm overweight. I want to lose weight and get fit. I'm a former athlete (Participated in swim team from age 6-17), and I've struggled with weight gain since age 17 when I stopped swimming competitively. I am an emotional eater, and I have a hard time following through and sticking with fitness regiments. Whether it's due to boredom, or feeling like dirt--I have a hard time with stick-with-it-ness.
I have a lot of aspirations that require a more fit body. I want to go hiking! I used to ski--a lot! I can't get into a pair of rollerblades without losing my balance or my arches screaming. I have a hard time standing in one place for more than 10-15 minutes.
I want to be stronger. I don't want to feel like I'm going to be one of the first people to go in a zombie apocalypse because I wouldn't be able to run! I want to beat my best friend at arm-wrestling! I want to go rock climbing! I want to learn parkour! I want to swim competitively again and rock my fashion aesthetic!
