Distance Running Coach

I will design a 1 week distance running workout plan for you. I'll need to know your baseline fitness level so that I can help keep you safe and injury-free! I would prefer to get a recent race time (1600m, 3000m or 3200m, 5k, or 10k is preferable), but if that isn't available, I would like to get a brief running history from you. I also need to know how many days per week you plan on running. If you're training for a specific race distance, that information would help, too. (Note: I only have experience with distances from 800m up to a half marathon, so I wouldn't want to coach outside of that range.)
Training & Qualifications
I am a Level 1 USATF certified coach, and I've coached distance running for 4 months. (But I've been a runner for 10 years now...)
