I am a disabled person with lots of time on my hands and skills that I cannot use in a workplace setting. I spend all my time creating art, making macrame, generally crafting whatever I can think of. As well as getting involved politically as much as I can online, because I can barely leave my house most of the time so it's my view into the world, my "out" if you will, my window, my door.... I, obviously, also spend a lot of time doing things around the house etc for my family... I homeschool my children, I LOOOOVE cooking and coming up with crazy new recipes or twists on old ones. Got barely anything in your fridge? I bet I can still help you turn it into a yummy meal lol
I like helping people. I regularly offer my home to the homeless and help them get on their feet however I can which isn't usually a whole lot, but giving them a warm place to sleep and food and clothing for a job etc... does WONDERS! And generally just letting them know that someone out there cares. I am new to this site feeling things out.. newbie lol so I'm sure I will update this later
