Made multiple shipping mistakes. Wrong address first time and second time said she would send it but didn't because of family emergency. When asked ...about the situation a month after first ordered was met with accusations of being cold hearted and sworn at. Very unprofessional which is unfortunate because I loved the piece. If she had been professional about her situation I would still recommend her but since she swore at me I wouldn't recommend her. Too volitile and unprofessional.show more
