We all walk around with a lot of thought in our heads. Sometimes we don't get to say what we actually feel or REALLY want to say. Our secrets...our pain...what is in our hearts often is what we carry alone. Some of us have things about ourselves we feel we can't tell anyone. I get that.... I understand it can be very lonely and isolating. I am hoping to help people break free of that!
If you want to talk with someone who will listen to anything you want to say... a rant, a problem, a fear, a hope, a dream... I would love to openly just listen to you! I might interject here and there with an empathetic comment ... but really, the floor is yours!

Training & Qualifications
I am almost done with my Master's in Social Work. I currently work with individuals with mental health concerns, anxiety etc. My true passion in life is helping people break down the barriers to what seems possible or impossible. I am extremely passionate about helping people live their best life!
