I'm a lover! Omni-amorous. I love all people, nature, kayaks, trees, sleeping in the trees, cooking, eating with friends, singing, dancing, community, snuggling, all the touch.

I am a gifted coach/therapist/guide/teacher of relationships and intimacy. Certified as a yoga instructor and I teach mainly small groups and privates. My yoga is of intimacy and pleasure and releasing fear from the body. It's EPIC. I'm superb at creating safe containers, teaching, telling stories, writing, facilitating hard yet expansive conversations, supporting people in crossing over from suffering to limitless joy, running a business, organizing and promoting my events, and getting people together.
