I began to enjoy being active because I was once inspired to. I hope I can return the same favor and help you achieve your fitness goals whether is to conquer a mountain with high elevation gains or to complete a 5k, 10k or 1/2 Marathon.

Here is how I did it. Basically, everybody I like is active. So I started to. My best friends hike, my families camp, my sister runs ultra-marathons, my mom mountain bikes! The real motivation behind my active lifestyle is that this is a good way to connect with people you love or strangers and there are great health benefits to it.

I wasn't born loving exercise and have progressed slowly over the past 7 years:
- Back in high school, I was shattered after my first 1/2 mile fitness test run and swore to myself that I would never run again.
- In 2010, I was forced to run a 5K with my sister. I I completed the run feeling exhausted. But it wasn't too bad.
- In 2014, I joined the college rowing team. There was a lot of cardio training involved everyday and regular weight training sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays. During that time, I had more energy during the day, and I also started to get a lot more in shape. My team truly motivated me, and I was in love with my active lifestyle ever since.
- In 2015, I raised my right hand and became a service member of the U.S. military. During Basic Training, I was at my peak fitness levels. I scored the second highest among 60 females in my company as I ran 2-mile in 13'54", did 47 push-ups in 2 minutes, and 97 sit-ups in 2 minutes.
- From 2016 to present, I continue to stay active. I hike often, gym 2-5 times a week, and recently I tried out my first half-marathon and ranked 5187 / 10777 overall.

It took me a long time to get here, and my only tip is to start to be active now and get ready as you go. Connect with people who share the same goals. Having those people by your side will get you through times when you feel unmotivated. And I hope I can be one of them and provide that support for you!

Training & Qualifications


I meet the maximum standards for the Army Fitness Test.
Ranked 2546 / 6591 in the female group in Alaska Rock & Roll 1/2 Marathon.

Availability & Preferences


Usually before and after work hours and during weekends. But let's talk first!
