I consult in the areas of food quality (including investigative root cause analysis), innovation, and manufacturing system design. Most of my background is in dairy, but I have experience in many fermented food systems.
Training & Qualifications
I hold a Bachelors and Masters in food science with a focus on fermentation, food engineering and industrial engineering. I also have 10 years of progressive industry experience in small and large companies where I have managed everything from multi million dollar capital projects to food analytical labs and a fermentation bacteria production facility.
