I'm a 15 year food and beverage veteran. I offer my keen eye and attention to detail in a kitchen to improve the efficiency. Services range from scheduling advice to training expoditers to ideas for specials taylored to your unique style and everything in between.
Training & Qualifications
I've worked in many different restaurants over the past 15 years. I've helped launch several restaurants and have plans to open my own. I've always rose through the ranks quickly and I have received much praise and thanks from owners for helping improve profit and reduce food waste while simultaneously improving efficiency in the kitchen.
