Have some questions about fermenting your own food at home? Thinking about starting your first batch of kombucha or beet kvass? Let's talk!

Food and vegetable ferments are an abundant and all natural source of probiotics. Also a delicious way to add texture, colour and nutrition to your meals.

I have a decent amount of experience fermenting vegetables and beverages for my personal enjoyment and health benefits. Some of my favourites (and easiest ferments) are: kombucha, ginger bugs, sauerkraut, mixed vegetable ferments, and kimchi.

Already an established fermenter?? Then let's compare notes and see if we can learn from one another. I love trading recipes and techniques.

Note* A small quantity of alcohol is inevitable in fermented beverages, it's the nature of the beast! However, I currently do not have any significant experience in brewing beverages specifically for alcohol such as beer, wine, cider, or mead.
