Kidney Stone Alleviating Exercise

I will teach you a Chinese Chi Gung aka meditative exercise that will help break up kidney stones. This method can help you avoid surgery. It only takes about 20-30 min to teach but must be done several times a day until the stones are gone and can be used as preventative as well. It may not be as effective on larger stones but I have personally used it when I found out I had 5 stones ranging from 1 cm 3/4 cm stones. I have an AAS in Ultrasound and one day we found them in lab as we practice on the kidneys, I personally scanned them myself. I started this exercise that day. By the time my Primary Care Physician saw me and scheduled me for a CT...almost a month...the stones were gone but the CT scan picked up "scarring" or traces that they had passed unbeknownst to me. I went back to the US lab and scanned myself and indeed they were gone. If you have stones then let me know in your request and I will make setting up an appointment with you a priority.
