I can teach you how to hot water bath fruit preserves. I make jelly, jam, and preserves with local and self harvested food. I can walk you through the process with the tools you will need to make a batch of preserves. Learn how to save and know what's in your food by preserving your own jams and jellies. Contact me at least a day or two in advance so I can prepare the whole setup and have enough fruit to demonstrate.
Training & Qualifications
I learned how to do this from an early age from my own mother and mother-in-law. I've had much practice over the last 10 years in my own kitchen and would be more than happy to share this information with you.
