Let's meditate together!
Are you trying to get into the habit of meditating (again)? Do you find it helpful to meditate with another person?
Let's meditate together! We can meditate for 5-30 minutes (depending on your experience and comfort level), and then talk about it for 5-10 minutes afterwards, if you would like to process anything that you experienced.
We can also set this up to be a reoccurring meeting of the minds :)
We can do this over the internet or in person.
