Do you have a healthy living goal that you need some help to start working on?
I love working with people to help them reach their potential and grow in the direction that they want to live in.
I will provide a 30 min conversation where we will set goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to set you up for success!
I will also spend 30 minutes with you each week for 3 more weeks to check in on how it is going. We will talk about your successes and obstacles, and come up with even better strategies to make the next week even more successful!
If you want more frequent support, or support that goes on for longer than a month, let me know and we can negotiate. However, a month is often a good amount of time to get the momentum and self-confidence that you need to keep going on your own!
