My back is wrecked. I work with children 3 days a week and carry a 50-pound backpack up and down San Marcos hills on my days "off." I need a serious back massage STAT. I start and end my days hunched over, barely able to walk. I groan like an old lady when I have to bend over. Help! ...Help?
