I will provide a 60 minute yoga class specific to the unique construction of your personal anatomy, am certified in vinyasa, yin, slow flow, restorative, and yoga nidra. Able to do one on one privates, family privates, or small group privates up to 4 people.
Training & Qualifications
I am 500 hour certified with the Yoga Alliance and have full liability insurance under Hays Affinity.
Availability & Preferences
Monday-Thursday before 4 pm and sporadically on weekends
