Train for your first 5k run

I will be a personal running/exercise companion to provide advice and help develop the endurance and stamina needed to run a 5k (or other distances). I love running and have led cross country teams in school before. If you already have your own fitness plan, no problem; I can fall in line!
Training & Qualifications
I've been doing cross country running for about 8 years. Pace is 4:30min/km. I'm currently in grad school but have led cross country student groups in high school and university.
