basically, you'll tell me what you're experiencing health-wise that needs fixed (ex: a burn on your hand, mild eczema, mild to medial acne, depression, fatigue, insomnia, pre diabetes , thyroid dysfunction, etc) and i will have a video chat* or text convo on here with you and either:
A.) let you know the best daily supplements or plants, & ways to use said plants, that will help you with the problem at hand. this includes giving you instructions & links of where to buy supplies in your area or online.
B.) just mail you whatever herbal remedy you need; as made by me. the only thing you'll need to do is pay for shipping.
C.) tell you to go to the doctor! that's right, some things are too serious for me personally (or anyone else, for that matter) to handle via herbal remedies. but this option also includes me researching places in your area that you can go to cure what ails ya-- sliding scale, free, or covered by your insurance.
Within reason! I am only find so many resources with limited info.

I have been making ploutices, tinctures, ointments, creams, supplements, and things of that nature for my friends and I for about a decade at this point. Not only that, but i also grew up around paganism, folk magic, & bodybuilding. so I know a few techniques that aren't online (from what I can tell), and any remedy I recommend to you I can firmly say I, or someone I know, have tested before & seen the *actual* results of.
