I am a health conscious vegetarian of 10 years. I began adapting my mom's recipes and cooking for myself when I was a teenager when I stopped eating meat. Since then, I have taught myself how to cook and bake vegetarian and vegan dishes for myself as well as for groups (even for carnivorous friends).
