I am project management/Agile Scrum Master specialist and a Product Development professional with key strengths in web based application planning and development, Internet marketing, digital environments, technology planning and using IT for infrastructure and marketing initiatives. I have extensive experience in all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application development and management. The breadth of my experience includes creation of functional specifications and project scoping, change requirements and requests, risk assessment and mitigation recommendations, help desk training and documentation management, reporting, vendor assessment, RFI and RFP creation and evaluation. I have driven technology strategies, distributed meetings, internal application development as well as application selection and vendor negotiation. I have managed content based and ecommerce development teams using Oracle/Unix, Windows/ASP and most recently LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and Perl environments.
