I have worked professionally as a technical assistant since the age of 12 fixing hardware issues, software issues, networking, firmware, etc.
I'd love to help provide both diagnostics of what exactly is the issue (in both layman's terms and technical terms) and provide both the programs or explain what new parts you may need.
I have worked for anything from simple virus removal to remote cluster core optimization.
