I will provide a listening ear to new moms, up to 30 minutes via e-mail or Facebook chat. I will provide a safe environment for new moms to share their experiences and work through any issues or help troubleshoot common problems that many new moms are experiences while focusing on their mind, body, and spirit.

Support new moms in goal setting (health and wellness, education, job seeking, etc.).

Support new moms when they are faced with obstacles and provide feedback and brainstorm ways to overcome those obstacles.

Training & Qualifications


I have spent the past 17 years raising my six children while my husband was actively serving in the United States Navy. My enthusiasm is to help families online and offline provide the essential supportive network necessary to overcome the hardships and difficulties that many moms face.

I am dedicated to providing families birth resources, compassionate care, and unique understanding of family dynamics. I am certified as a Birth & Bereavement Doula, through Stillbirthday University. My current certifications include

First Aid/CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant)
Reiki I & II
Rebozo Certified (DONA)
