About Ron Shuali, M.Ed

As founder of Shua Life Skills, I have hired and trained amazingly passionate instructors who have effectively helped thousands of children to become physically and mentally fit. My goal and that of ...the instructors I employ centers on teaching and educating adults and children about the different ways that they can train their bodies and minds while incorporating necessary life skills like respect, deep breathing and teamwork. Shua Life Skills focuses on a school wide approach to educating children through our enrichment programs, staff workshops and parent trainings. I have my B.S. in Business Management from Rutgers University and a Master's of Education specializing in Early Childhood from Capella University. I have devoted years to studying philosophy, psychology and other modalities in order to understand the mind with a special focus on children and their development. I the author of Building the 21st Century Child: An Instruction Manual and am currently writing volume 2 in the series. Additionally, I am a black belt martial arts instructor, creator of the Shua Fun Do and Yogarate youth martial arts systems, certified personal trainer, former professional wrestler, FIT ™ master instructor, reiki master, keynote speaker and workshop presenter. I have spoken multiple times at the NJ Education Association conference in addition to this upcoming year as well. Other clients include NJAEYC, NAEYC, NJSACC, HICC and the Goddard Systems to name a small few. Topics include behavior management, bully prevention, child abduction prevention and overall mind-body wellness. I try to have my programs be as effective as possible by incorporating children's assemblies with teacher, paraprofessional and parent trainings as well. My current passion is educating parents about how to truly ensure their child will never be a victim of bullying.
