An ear for a NICU parent

Need an ear? Have a preemie in the NICU and want to vent? It isn't easy being a parent in the NICU. It feels lonely and it can be hard. I am happy to lend an ear (or eyeballs over text).
Training & Qualifications
I had a baby in the NICU. It wasn't an easy endeavour. It was nice to have a relatable ear, so I would like to do the same for a parent in need. My baby was born at 30 weeks, it wasn't the worst experience but it certainly was not ideal.
