Trying to troubleshoot or experiment with something as admin but have no end-user around to confirm the outcome? That’s where I come as your end-user because, In order for troubleshooting or experimenting to be effective, you need two sides. The sender side (Admin) and the receiver side (End-user).
What I notice is that the admin side is always well-taken care of by any kind of monitoring software on incoming subjects but no monitoring software exists to report on outgoing subjects i.e. how the end-user experiences it. All in all a classic example of ‘What works on paper but does not in practice ’.
So to solve this issue is where my service comes in. To give the admin that direct end-user feedback whilst troubleshooting or experimenting. To put it briefly, I am your instant (beta) tester.
To give two examples.
1. The admin has a new newsletter system and wants to make sure newsletters arrive.
2. The admin needs the end-user to recreate a bug in real-time whilst he monitors the situation on his end.
