I am a certified coach, specialised in supporting people to have happier, healthier and wealthier work lives. My passion is delivering impact and helping people figure out what comes next in their careers to live fulfilling and rewarding lives.

My two streams of services focus on Career Development & Career Change coaching. I believe work should be rewarding and enjoyable. We spend so much of our time in the office or at work and when we don't enjoy work it spills into other parts of our life. It impacts on our relationships with people and how happy we are. There are so many career opportunities out there that nobody should be in a position where they are unhappy in their career.

I have been trained by Nova Terra Coaching School in Belgium, although I am actually Irish.

In addition to being a coach I also work for a homeless NGO, as part of that passion I mentioned before about delivering positive impact and change.
