I'm looking for a chiropractor who's willing to do a trade to adjust my back and/or recommend some back hygiene care routines to implement because what I'm doing right now (and what's been recommended to me) has been getting less and less effective, and my back's been in more and more pain every day (usually upper back, but lower back is also a problem - it's a muscular problem I have with the muscles on either side of my spine).
I'm okay with just a single adjustment/consult, but it would be helpful to have more if you're willing to provide that.
