Fitness Plan
I'm looking for a month-long 30-45 minute fitness plan with the goals of weight loss, strength-training and toning. I'm getting back in to working out and am by no means super athletic but would like to be healthy. I have access to dunbells, kettle bells, weight-lifting machines, ellipticals and treadmills. I already do about 15-30 min of cardio as a warm up and like using the rock-climbing wall.
