I have extensive experience creating programs for every day people who don't have working out as their top priority in life. I can do purely text based interactions as well as in person (location permitting) and video based coaching/training.
Training & Qualifications
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I also have a minor in Exercise Science with an Emphasis on Coaching Behaviors that included classes ranging from Sport Conditioning Laboratory to Exercise Prescription and Evaluation.
