I will come to your home, use your equipment and ingredients and cook you a meal. I would bring my own stuff, however I am not a man of vast wealth.
Training & Qualifications
Well not schooled or trained by professionals" just been cooking meals for my family for the past 20 years of my 33 years of life. I do home style and vegetarian style cooking. Comfortable working with poultry, beef, lamb, deer and pork. I don't do vegan, it's a paradox and I take issues with paradoxes. My signature dish is actually vegetarian and sadly the one I don't have a picture of. It's Vegetarian meatballs and spaghetti. I slow roast the "meatballs" aka brussel sprouts in olive oil, rosemary and tyme. Well that's about it. I got the skills if you got the appetite.
